Engaging in the study of our personal and community dharma, these sessions include silent meditation, group discussion, and teachings from Sarahjoy on the contemporary application of timeless philosophies for living an awakened life. Sarahjoy draws from the teachings of the dharma, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, neuroscience, and interpersonal neurobiology. Fridays · 7 – 8:30pm Upcoming Dates: November 16: When It's You That You Are At War With (The Bhagavad Gita)
November 30: Resolving the Residues at Their Root (Ayurveda's deep suggestions for healing how our history is intruding on our health)
December 7: What Have You Inherited? (And what's yours to address?)
DANA: Generosity, Contribution Sarahjoy offers her teachings on a donation basis to the DAYA Foundation, so everything that you give will go directly to the Foundation. It is customary in yogic and Buddhist traditions to support teachers through the practice of Dana, or the spiritual act of giving from the heart for teachings that you value. A sliding scale suggested donation amount is $25. Your donations support students throughout the region who would otherwise not have access to the teachings of yoga or the dharma of life skills.
