 Yoga Blocks:  4" x 9" x 6"

We use blocks to create new approaches to yoga poses, to build in myofacial and restorative elements to your practice, and to create opportunities to build strength and stamina.
Using a block does not mean you are deficient in yoga!

Yoga Blankets

We use blankets for restorative yoga, savasana, and also to create opportunities for myofacial release. The firmness and dimension of your blanket does matter. Sometimes we roll the blanket snugly to support the upper back for an opening pose or to use for abdominal release. At other times, we simply cover up with the blanket for savasana. A yoga blanket is your friend for life!

Yoga Straps

A yoga strap is your friend! Not only for reaching your foot in the next town over, but also for supporting specific releases in the upper back, neck and shoulders. We recommend the 10 foot strap. There is more you can do with it than a 6 or 8 foot strap and the extra 2 feet may be very helpful for your longest legged yogis.
(Be aware that your dog may confused it for a dog leash and think you are about to go out for a walk!)
