Reclaiming our Inner Healer: Finding our way Back Home

​at Breitenbush Hot Springs

Through sacred ceremony and ancient indigenous practices we will work to release what does not serve us and begin to develop our skills to ground, nurture and become aware of and in tune with our own divine inner knowing. As we release that which  does not serve us, we tap  into the healing power of nature, and come into alignment with our own divine rhythm and self healing abilities.

Sessions are designed to enhance our ability to tap into and become aware of our own energy field and our connection to the natures around us. 
Retreat offerings include: (expanded information below)
  • Meditation, Hands on Self Healing through Reiki, Yoga, Nature Ceremony, Indigenous Wisdom, Dharma talk

From this weekend, you will experience a deep inner listening to your body that will bring you to your inner healing Self. The tools and practices and the community that we will co-create this weekend will support you to reclaim or rebuild your intimate relationship with yourself. 

You will also feel empowered with take home tools for grounding, centering and empowering yourself in daily life.

Earth:

Yoga: Connect with the grounding energy of Mother Earth through yoga, encouraging a deep and mindful connection to self. Plant Offerings:  Explore the healing and nurturing properties of plants through various offerings. Learn about the medicinal and spiritual uses of different plants and engage with plant life to help to strengthen your connection with nature and understand the supportive role plants play in our physical and emotional health.

Air:
Breathwork and Mantra: Experience the transformative power of breathwork combined with the resonance of mantra chanting. Breathwork techniques will help you access deeper states of relaxation and awareness, while mantras—sacred sounds or phrases—enhance mental clarity and spiritual focus. Together, these practices facilitate a profound sense of inner calm and connection to the higher self.

Restorative Drumming: Participate in restorative drumming sessions that harness the rhythmic power of drums to foster relaxation and healing. The repetitive beats and vibrations of drumming can help release stress, enhance emotional balance, and promote a sense of unity with the surrounding environment. This practice invites you to sync with the natural rhythms of life and tap into your inner vitality.

Water:
Water Ceremony: Take part in a water ceremony that honors the sacred element of water and its role in purification and renewal. This ritual may include offerings, prayers, and symbolic acts to express gratitude for water's life-giving properties. The ceremony provides an opportunity to connect deeply with the element of water, promoting emotional cleansing and spiritual rejuvenation.

Hot Springs: Enjoy the soothing and therapeutic benefits of hot springs. Immersing yourself in natural thermal waters can help relax tense muscles, ease stress, and promote overall wellness. The warmth and minerals in the hot springs offer a nurturing experience that complements your journey of healing and self-discovery.

Fire:
Fire Ceremony: Engage in a powerful fire ceremony to honor the transformative energy of fire. This ritual involves creating a sacred space where you can release what no longer serves you and set intentions for personal growth. The fire acts as a symbolic agent of change, purification, and renewal, helping you let go of the past and embrace new beginnings.

Smudging: Participate in smudging, a traditional practice using sacred herbs like sage, sweetgrass, or cedar to cleanse and purify spaces and individuals. The smoke from the burning herbs is believed to clear negative energies and bring about spiritual clarity and balance. Smudging helps create a sacred environment conducive to healing and personal transformation.

Ether:
Intention Work: Focus on setting and aligning with your personal intentions through guided exercises and reflection. Intention work involves clarifying your goals and desires, and harnessing the power of intention to manifest positive changes in your life. This practice helps to align your actions with your higher purpose and cultivate a sense of direction and motivation.

Reiki: Experience Reiki, a gentle energy healing practice that promotes relaxation and balance by channeling universal life force energy. Through light touch or hands-off techniques, Reiki helps to clear blockages, restore energy flow, and support physical and emotional healing. This practice provides a deeply nurturing experience that enhances your overall well-being.

Power Animal Retrieval: Engage in a power animal retrieval session to connect with your spirit animal, a guide that offers wisdom, strength, and support. Through guided journeying or meditation, you'll discover the qualities of your power animal and learn how to incorporate its guidance into your life. This practice deepens your connection with the natural world and your inner self, offering valuable insights and empowerment.
