Each month Michael will choose a focus to support men in their yoga practice, considering the various ways in which men are using their bodies in daily life and how to encourage more optimal well-being.
4-week Monthly Series MAY Focus:
Michael will be focusing on hip opening poses for those with stiff hips from "day jobs" and those who also aspire to cycle, hike, garden, or skateboard with ease (and without having sore muscles all the time). Get ready for spring with yoga!
