Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 pm Is yoga new to you or has it been a long time since you have practiced regularly? Do you feel intrigued but intimidated because you are not sure you will understand what pose is being done and how to do it? Please join Lynn for a beginners series. We will meet for an hour 1x class/week for 4 weeks. It will build your strength and confidence, as well, increase your body awareness. You will have a better understanding of what yoga is and how it affects your mind and your body. |
