MOTHER-DAUGHTER YOGA WEEKEND

Laura Ahrens
Laura Ahrens, BFA, MA, E-RYT 500, is a yoga and mindfulness instructor with more than a decade of experience. Laura's teaching emphasizes living the practice of yoga with deep respect for traditional Yogic philosophy. Laura has over 1000 hours of training and holds a BFA in Theatre from The University of the Arts and a Master of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Indian Philosophy and Sanskrit from Rutgers University. She will teach Hinduism as a part-time lecturer at Rutgers University for the spring 2023 semester and is completing her 800-hour IAYT Yoga Therapy certification with her teacher Sarahjoy Marsh.
