Crystal Connelly

Crystal Connelly
RYT 500

Crystal realigned with the practice of yoga after career burnout as a chef and caterer. She sought out yoga to help regain clarity in life and restore her health. Through yoga she found deep healing and transformation which ignited her desire to deepen her practice, she completed her first teacher training in 2018. As a result, it is now Crystal’s passion to teach and share the gift of yoga with others.

Her classes offer beginners and seasoned yogis alike the space for self-discovery and encouragement to grow both physically, mentally, and spiritually. Crystal is a certified RYT500 instructor and is currently enrolled as a student in Sarahjoy Marsh 800hr IAYT Yoga Therapy training.

Crystal finds immense honor, gratitude, and inspiration in seeing students discover their own personal yoga journey and hopes to nurture and encourage them along
their way of living more fully thru yoga.

“When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds: Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”
