Embodied Healing, Community & Vision

Picture
Join us for a heart-centered gathering to celebrate and introduce the vision behind DAYA Yoga Studio + Recovery Living Home — a space rooted in trauma-informed healing, regenerative design, and community-led recovery. This free event will include:
  • A grounding yoga + chanting practice
  • Stories of transformation from formerly incarcerated and formerly addicted community members
  • A look at the architectural plans and permaculture vision for the space
  • Community conversation around the intersection of yoga, recovery, and mental health
Whether you’re a yoga practitioner, teacher, mental health advocate, or someone passionate about healing justice. We invite you to be part of this powerful vision for embodied recovery and community resilience.
