Maddie Adams

C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, Yoga Nidra Facilitator
Maddie is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. With over two decades of practice and teaching since 2011, she is passionate about yoga’s capacity for multidimensional healing. Her classes integrate Ayurveda, seasonal wisdom, and traditional yoga philosophy with chanting, mindfulness, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra.

​In addition to group classes, Maddie offers private yoga therapy for individuals and small groups. Learn more about her work at 
maddieadamsyoga.com. She is the founder of Yoga Luna, established in 2024 from her heartfelt desire to offer community-centered yoga that honors the roots of the tradition and nurtures connection with the seasonal rhythms of life.
