Jennifer found her love of Yoga in 1996, and has been studying and practicing ever since. Her Yoga journey began with basic Hatha and Iyengar Yoga. In 2000 she was led to Anusara Yoga with Sarahjoy Marsh where she felt completely at home.
Jennifer went on to study with Sarahjoy in her 200-hour yoga teacher training, her 500-hour yoga teacher training, and in the Trauma-Informed, Brain-Sensitive Yoga training. At Sarahjoy's invitation, Jennifer is honored to assist these training programs in Portland, Oregon.
A dedicated practitioner and teacher, Jennifer weaves mindfulness, breath, imagery, and community into all of her classes. Her classes focus on healthy alignment of body, mind and spirit; following breath to calm the mind, and healing principles for core strength and flexibility. Jennifer is forever grateful to her teachers: Sarahjoy Marsh, Michele Bulgatz, and Scott Anderson for their knowledge, inspiration and guidance.
