Hello! My name is Ryan Varian, I completed my 200-hour Yoga and Social Justice teacher training at the DAYA Foundation in 2018. My interest in yoga goes beyond teaching and practicing, which is why I am conducting a research study examining the impact of yoga on physical and psychological well being. The study is being completed as my dissertation in pursuit of my doctorate in clinical psychology.
