Energize + Visualize
Tuesdays, 12:15 - 1:15 pm
Join us for 30 minutes of mid-day asana practice designed to energize your body and reinvigorate your mind, followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a deeply integrative process, incorporating mindfulness and visualization.
The intention behind this 1 hour mid-day practice is to enliven your body, to relax your mind and to tap in to the power of your sub-conscious.

In this lunch-time one hour class we invite students of all levels to slow down and listen to the innate wisdom of their bodies. From there we will merge mindfulness with movement while supported by conscious breath work.
Yoga for Stress Relief
Thursdays, 4 -5 pm
with Christine and Theresa
This one-hour class is designed to help you relax and release any stress you may be carrying from your day. We combine standing, seated, and reclining poses at a gentle pace, often with the use of props, so that both the body and the mind can slow down and feel supported. Each class includes a short meditation practice in addition to the asana (physical poses) and is appropriate for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
