Christine came to yoga with a strong foundation in mindfulness meditation. She enjoys incorporating mindfulness into the classes she teaches. Christine is a recent graduate of Sarahjoy’s Yoga and Social Justice teacher training program at the DAYA Foundation. She believes in the accessibility of yoga for all. Christine's commitment as a teacher is to meet students were they are and to provide guidance and support as they explore aspects of mind, body and spirit.
Other forms of yoga in her life include tandem bicycling with her husband, hiking, and connecting with friends.
