Did you know that Over-breathing is more problematic (and wide-spread) than Under-breathing? Symptoms include anxiety, insomnia, depression, mental fogginess, chronic or recurring pain or injury, and more.
Capnography training sessions at DAYA provide breath behavior information, instruction and practices to restore optimal health.
Capnotraining improves not only mental function and overall health, it is also a gateway to meditation. (Which should not feel like a mental battle!)
Capnotrainers are used to help reinforce the concepts from class. Handouts and home practice tools are provided. Limited to 10 participants.
