Wednesdays, 6 - 7:30 pm, Beginning May 20 Basic breathing techniques are taught and practiced to prepare for meditation. All are welcome. You need space to lay on your stomach or back comfortably and cushion or chair to sit. Your breath can relax your body, calm your mind and sharpen your mental focus. Each session will have instruction and practice before a gently guided meditation. Yoga breathing practices can help us find stillness and peace in the silence of meditation.
