Self-empowerment is fundamental to her practice and her lighthearted teaching style is infused with encouragement and acceptance. One of Pamela’s passions is to help others find relief from stress and anxiety.
A student of yoga and meditation since her twenties, Pamela completed her 200 hour amrita Yoga Teacher Training with Sarahjoy Marsh in November 2015. Pamela also draws on her coaching experience from her years as a professional figure skater.
