"Live with purpose" has been my themed mantra since beginning my yogic journey almost 20 years ago. Why are we doing what we are doing and when?
I delight in keeping my own practice as well as my teachings, aligned with the seasons and synching up with Ayurveda as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Since completing 200 hr CRT in 2009 and just recently graduating from Yoga Therapy 500 hour training with the DAYA Foundation, I have come to realize that there has not been a form of yoga that I do not thoughroughly love teaching. From hatha to hot, aerial to yin, and also yoga Nidra and meditation. I am enamored by them all! I strive to help others to identify & release accumulated stress in their body and mind by sharing my knowledge of alignment and breath so that they can better cultivate bliss awareness. I seek to bring out the inner peace that already resides in all of us, and to discover a healthy balance on and off the mat. I believe that we all have an inner light that we come home to in the practice of yoga. A light to deepen our own self study and also to shine brightly outwards to all others that we meet on this path of life.
