Julie Jones is excited to join DAYA as an aerial yoga instructor. Her foundation is in Hatha yoga, she has over a decade of practice and over six years instructing. With a background in the service and wellness industries, Julie's classes focus on alignment and comfort. Yoga can provide us with many tools for self-transformation, mentally, physically, and emotionally. While enjoying the hammock and challenging yourself in a new way, you will find methods to support your personal goals.
